Cosmetic Dentistry, With Dr. Gary Radz, Denver, Colorado

Very often, patients will come into Dr. Gary Radz's dental office in Denver, Colorado embarrassed by their smile and there are a number of different methods that can provide them with the smile they've always wanted.  Dr. Radz finds cosmetic dentistry very rewarding because his patients want to do it and not because they need to.  This creates a more enjoyable atmosphere in which Dr. Radz works and it's very rewarding for him to help people change their lives.

Dr. Gary Radz, Denver, ColoradoCosmetic dentistry covers a wide spectrum of procedures, according to Dr. Radz.  It can be as simple as just bleaching the teeth or it can include limited orthodontics.  Veneers and bonding are extremely popular forms of cosmetic dentistry and even implants and dentures can fall into cosmetic dentistry.  Dr. Radz works with every patient as an individual in identifying their concerns and figuring out their goals and with that in mind, assign a treatment that would provide the outcome they're looking for.

With the advent of exciting technology, Dr. Radz says he's able to create something that looks just like natural teeth, as opposed to years ago when people would refer to cosmetic dentistry as "big white teeth."  Today's cosmetic smiles are undetectable, Dr. Radz says, so people notice a beautiful smile, rather than notice that work has been done.

"It's an exciting time to be in cosmetic dentistry," because of all the changes and how good the materials are now, Dr. Radz says.

I feel like a lot of people are hesitant to get cosmetic dental work done because it's not natural. However, your article put it in a completely different light. I love what he says about the environment being more enjoyable because people actually WANT to be there. I also think it's great that cosmetic smiles are becoming more and more undetectable. They look natural! When you really think about it, cosmetic dentistry doesn't really have any downsides. I'm glad there's a growing number of practitioners out there!
